Free Fantasy Golf Game - Official Rules
Buzz Fantasy Leagues Free Fantasy Golf Game ("the Contest") is a traditional fantasy golf game where
you can join a public league. The Contest features a selected scoring system that accumulates for one
to many PGA Tour golf tournaments. The rules for this Contest are explained below. If you are looking

The Commissioner
Buzz Fantasy Leagues will serve as the commissioner for the Contest and will be
responsible for resolving any disputes that arise, such as team selection, roster management, scoring, or
rules violations or any
other matters that may come up in connection with the Contest. All commissioner decisions by Buzz Fantasy
Leagues are final.

Buzz Fantasy Leagues Free Fantasy Golf Game is free to enter. Only one entry per website user.
Eligibility
Buzz Fantasy Leagues Free Fantasy Golf Game is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, who
are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Buzz Fantasy Leagues,
affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or representatives’ employees, dealers or retailers, advertising or promotion
agencies are not eligible to win any prizes. By entering the Contest, participants agree to accept and be bound by all
terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Buzz Fantasy Leagues, which shall be final.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How To Play
Participants will select 5 golfers to receive actual earnings, and 1 golfer to receive double earnings before
each of the tournaments used in the Contest. Winners will be selected based on Buzz Fantasy Leagues golf standings
after the end of each tournament, each segment, and at the end of the Contest.
Prizes
Thirty-two (32) weekly prizes, determined by the single highest score from among all eligible participants each
week, will be awarded. Each week’s highest scoring finisher will win one (1) $10 Amazon Gift Card. Approximate
Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $10. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $320.00.
Three (3) Segment Prizes (the “Segment Prize”), determined by highest cumulative segment point totals from all
eligible participants, will be awarded. Cumulative point totals are calculated by summing all of a participant’s
weekly scores in a segment. Each segment's highest scoring finisher will win one (1) $25 Amazon Gift Card.
ARV of each segment 1st place prize: $25.00. Each segment's 2nd highest
scoring finisher will win one (1) $10 Amazon Gift Card. ARV of each 2nd place segment prize: $10.00. Each segment's 3rd
highest scoring finisher will win one (1) Buzz Fantasy Leagues T-Shirt. ARV of each 3rd place segment prize: $15.00.
The total ARV of all Segment Prizes: $150.00.
One (1) Season Prize (the “Season Prize”), determined by highest cumulative season point totals from all eligible
participants, will be awarded. Cumulative point totals are calculated by summing all of a participant’s weekly
scores in the full season. The highest scoring finisher will win one (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card. ARV of each 1st
place season prize: $50.00. The 2nd highest scoring finisher will win one (1) $25 Amazon Gift Card. ARV of each 2nd
place season prize: $25.00. The 3rd highest scoring finisher will win one (1) $10 Amazon Gift Card. ARV of each 3rd
place season prize: $10.00. The 4th and 5th highest scoring finishers will win one (1) Buzz Fantasy Leagues T-Shirt. ARV of each
4th-5th place season prize: $15.00. ARV of Season Prizes: $115.00.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded over the course of the Promotion: $585.00.
Prize Restrictions. All prize details not stated are determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption
or substitution of any prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or any
of its components with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are solely for personal use and may not
be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Any difference between the ARV set forth above and the
actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.
The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by each winner as a result of this Contest are
the sole responsibility of the winners. No alteration, substitution, or transfer of prizes or cash redemption
permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) or cash of like value in the event
the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are awarded
“as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
Prize Notification
Prize Winners will be notified by email within 30 days after the official final results (and associated winners)
are validated at the conclusion of the Contest. Prize Winners are also posted on the Contest web site. The
conclusion of the Contest is defined as noon Eastern time on the Wednesday following the the completion of the last
tournament in the Contest. Prize Winners must return via email or regular mail an affidavit of eligibility and a
liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) within 30 days following attempted notification. In order to
comply with United States tax law, for prizes of $600 USD or more the affidavit of eligibility must contain the Prize
Winner's tax payer identification number. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in disqualification.
Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Winners have 180 days after the conclusion of the Contest to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed within 180
days after the conclusion of the Contest will be forfeited.
By accepting any prize, the winners grant permission to Buzz Fantasy Leagues to use their names and/or likenesses for
publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a
written consent. In the event of dispute about the identity of any entrant, entries made online are declared made by
the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined
as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or
other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email
address. A potential winner can be required to provide the sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized
account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
Statistics Reporting
Scores and stats are updated within 24 hours of the completed tournament. Some events beyond Buzz Fantasy Leagues'
control can make this time longer. Thus, Buzz Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of
the statistics.
All stats for a given PGA Tour week are deemed final at noon on Friday of the next week. Even if the PGA Tour changes
a stat several weeks later, it will not be changed by Buzz Fantasy Leagues. Nonetheless, Buzz Fantasy Leagues still
reserves the right to change any stat at any time for any unforeseen reason.
Buzz Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for any inaccuracies, representations, statements, graphics or content of
materials that are uploaded onto its servers and website from other vendors, including but not limited to the PGA,
the Associated Press, and users, members, subscribers, customers or participants.
Sportsmanship and Decency
Sportsmanship
By registering, you agree to abide by the general sportsmanship rules set forth in these rules and fantasy games in
general. You further agree to accept and abide by the rulings and the decisions of Buzz Fantasy Leagues regarding all
questions of sportsmanship. Sportsmanship broadly includes actions such as abusive postings and communication, colluding
with other teams in the league, and any other actions not conducive to decent, fair, and honest play. If an owner refused
to comply with the sportsmanship rules, or that an owner has acted in an unsportsmanlike manner, Buzz Fantasy Leagues
reserves the right to disqualify the owner and/or remove that owner from the league without a refund. All decisions by
Buzz Fantasy Leagues will be final.
Inappropriate, Offensive, or Commercial Communication
The league message boards, league news and league email are provided to facilitate communication with other league
owners and enhance the enjoyment of your league. Buzz Fantasy Leagues does not permit posting or sending messages or
images, to include logos and avatars, that could be construed as offensive to other owners. Inappropriate communication
can also include spamming team owners with commercial offers and/or posting commercial messages on the league message
board. Team owners who violate these guidelines are subject to being restricted from posting in the league. Additionally,
Buzz Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to disqualify the owner and/or remove that owner from the league without a
refund. All decisions by Buzz Fantasy Leagues will be final. All participants are required to abide by the Buzz Fantasy

Disclaimers
Internet/Technology Problems
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Buzz Fantasy
Leagues which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Buzz
Fantasy Leagues reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the registration
process or operations of the Contest and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Buzz Fantasy Leagues assumes
no responsibility for any error, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation with transmission,
communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or allegation of entries. Buzz Fantasy
Leagues is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online
systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any email or user action to be received on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A
PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE LEAGUES IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUZZ FANTASY LEAGUES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Liability
Buzz Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for any late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; any
Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Buzz Fantasy Leagues or any printing
or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Buzz Fantasy Leagues or any subsidiary or affiliated
company of any of the foregoing, are not in any way responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury (including death)
resulting from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance and use of any prize won. Buzz Fantasy Leagues is solely
responsible for enacting, administering, enforcing the rules, and maintaining the integrity of the Contest. The Contest and
web site are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affliated with, the PGA.
Release
By participating in the Contest, you release and agree to hold harmless Buzz Fantasy Leagues, its sponsors, parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any
claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or acceptance,
possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal
injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false
light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or
other theory.
Official Rules
The Contest is subject to all United States laws, and to the Leagues official rules, and cannot be used in connection with
any form of gambling. By entering the Contest, you agree to abide by the terms of the official rules and by the decisions of
Buzz Fantasy Leagues, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. Buzz Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to change
the official rules at any time, in their sole discretion. Official rules are the rules posted on the Contest web site.

For a winners’ list (winners’ list available 60 days after the completion of the Contest), visit the
Buzz Fantasy Leagues website or send a request and self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address
